"I went to Passport Health RTP to get ready for overseas travel. Marion McHugh RN, BSN was fantastic! She was personable, professional, took the time to explain everything in detail, made recommendations without pressure, answered my questions and just made me feel comfortable and ready for overseas travel. I highly recommend this location for travel needs!"
"I signed up for a PCR test at this location. I made an error in my travel research and realized I needed to cancel my appointment and get one at a different time. I notified the staff, but was not thorough in my communication. Despite my error, the staff was accommodating and helped me accomplish my goals in a timely manner. Of note, be careful when signing up. There is a non-refundable $95 deposit."
"It is kind of scam. We used their services to do the covid testing for my parents as they had to travel back to India. I called them couple of times and eveytime they told me its $95 per person. All good. We went there, got the test done. Now we are receiving the invoices from NWPathology for additional $180 per person. I called Passport health and now they are saying $95 was just a fees to collect the specimen and there is separate charge from the actual lab. They said it is also mentioned in the email they sent me. Now if i read the email, I can totally understand how it is written very well by some lawyer and clearly shows that they used twisted language so the people wont understand it correctly. I mean how hard it is to say upfront there will two fees($95 and $180). Very dissappointing. I did hear that people are taking advantages in the moment of such crisis and now i have real time experience. Very dissappointing. To your reply: See, it is very easy to say that $180 is the additional fees charged by the lab. When you already know this number, then why it is not mentioned in the email anywhere and not disclosed over the phone when we made the appointment. I did call you guys to discuss this, I was told that you guys sent me all the information in the email. So, i dont know how you can help me when you ask me to call you."
"I usually am not negative, and the person here did know more about vaccines than my incompetent doctor. The ultimate result was that I got vaccinated for an Asian trip, so that part was good and warranted the two stars. I just felt that the person providing the service was rude and acted rushed the whole time. The 75 dollar office visit price was high, especially since insurance didn't cover it. I was there 30 minutes."
"First I must say I feel like Passport Health is providing a valuable regional service. My personal physician was not all that knowledgeable about the various important vaccinations for any given Asian country, and more importantly simply did not have most of the vaccinations available. They recommended that we find some place like Passport Health to have this done. PH staff were professional and competent enough and quite informative. Gave me lots of details regarding the various possible illnesses and vaccinations, their degree of importance, and other useful statistics. I can see how someone might feel like it was a pressured situation but they left the choice entirely up to me, as to what I wanted, i.e., didn't quibble or challenge my decision. Yes, they charged $75 for the office visit but it was an hour long appt and they called in several prescriptions to my pharmacy at no charge. I would not expect a medical business to provide a service like this for free! The vaccinations may be a bit more expensive than. . . but compared to where else? I left feeling informed, immunized and ready for my trip. I would recommend this establishment."
