"In summary: I reached out to TAP as a new patient in early Aug 2023. I did not receive the results until late Dec (143 days later), a month and a half after I was told to expect results. I also had to follow up multiple times with the doctor due to a lack of response (I waited 7 days before following up). In detail: I first reached out to TAP in early Aug 2023. An admin scheduled an appt for me in early Sept, and said the doctor would follow up with further details. The day before the the appt, I hadn't receive any instructions/confirmation. So I sent an email, and I received a confirmation. I did an assessment at the end of Sept, and was told to expect results in mid Oct. I get a call in Oct that my doctor had left abruptly, that I had a new doctor, and that my report would be finished in Nov. In mid Nov, I received an email to schedule an appt. I reply that I'm available, but I did not get a response for 7 days. I sent an email, I received a response, and we scheduled the meeting for mid Dec. Mid Dec comes, and I receive an email that the meeting needs to be canceled due to a personal emergency. Seven days after the canceled meeting date, I had not received any messages concerning rescheduling the appt. I reached out and asked for when we can reschedule. I received a reply, and we rescheduled it for late Dec. That meeting was not canceled, and I received my results. From start to finish, the process took 143 days (4 months)."
