"The ladies who did my ultrasounds were very rude. They were always in such a hurry, made me feel like my fetus wasn’t important and were just always rushing. I know sometimes they’re behind and stuff but at least show some compassion since there were some worries about my baby. Literally my first time there (first pregnancy) they were rushing to get me out. I wasn’t even allowed to have my phone in my hand or lap even though I wanted to take a picture of the ultrasound. Front desk ladies were nice and the actual doctors, too."
"I’ve always had a good experience, this is our second pregnancy here. The ultrasound department has always done a great job. It’s not easy getting a baby to cooperate outside the womb, much less inside. We’ve had to have repeat images which isn’t always fun but it’s reassuring that they care enough to continue to work until they have what they need. We are grateful for everyone there- from check in to check out!"
"I don’t have anyone who can babysit my daughter and I had an ultrasound and my husband had to be with me due to medical and mental reasons so of course my daughter who is only 1 years old had to be there as well and the lady up front made my husband and daughter sit outside in the car and also she was very rude about it as well. I will be asking to transfer clinics/offices due to even having a medical reason of why my husband needed to be there."
"Their policy of “one visitor” during our anatomy ultrasound left my pregnant wife crying while my 1 year old son and I were not allowed to come in and see my child for the first time. Due to their Covid rules I have been unable to attend any visit. Very disappointing and quite ridiculous at this point in time (late 2022). I am a pediatrician so I understand Covid policies, but this one is too much. If you are looking for compassion, look elsewhere."
"I can’t say enough positive things about this clinic. My wife has been seen by their high risk OB providers for two pregnancies. They make sure that their clinic is a relaxing environment. Their nurses are top notch. My wife and I could feel calm knowing that the whole team was taking care of us. They do everything in their power to keep mother and baby safe. I can confidently say that they are a big part of the reason that my wife is doing so well after two high risk pregnancies. Thank you so much MFM at Vilcom. I highly recommend this practice for any woman needing high risk care in pregnancy."
