"i have been here a few times over the years for orthopedic urgent care and i always have a really good experience with medical staff and office staff especially Alex Maloy was very nice and helpful today"
"Kind, prompt, convenient, professional...add all good words. The physician who attended me was excellent in insuring that she answered all my questions in a way that I understood. The front desk computer records and payment system was on the blink."
"I cannot offer enough praise for EmergeOrtho! Their facilities are impressive, clean and professional, and everyone I have interacted with here has resulted in a pleasant experience. I have been seeing Dr Marks for over two years now, and he is a 12 out of 10 in my book! On my most recent visit I met his assistant (Kat Archer) for the first time, and she was amazing as well. Nobody at EmergeOrtho makes you feel rushed, they all listen intently as if they have all the time in the world for you, which in my experience is becoming an increasingly rare quality these days. My only regret is that I currently live out of state, so most of my visits are via video conferencing so I don't get to interact with everyone on those visits, but the video sessions are still very pleasant and I just look forward to my next in-person visit. I would highly recommend EmergeOrtho to anyone!"
"Professional, friendly and fast. I called ahead to get my name put in the waiting list in urgent care, arrived about 45 minutes later, waited no longer than 15 minutes and was in and out of seeing the nurse/xrays and doctor in 30. They were clear and straightforward about the most low cost options for my recovery and insurance. VERY knowledgable and friendly."
"It's probably fine for people with full insurance that simply have a co-pay. The issues arise when you you don't. Bills are completely obfuscated, require calling a third party because they can't even be translated by staff. My therapy was a simple 1 hour session, no special equipment, a single handout of stretches and a follow up. First two session were $75 out of pocket. Third jumped by $25 dollars with no explanation. At that point I realized I was participating in essentially an insurance scam. Just go by the facade, it's clearly run by spendthrifts with no morals. Third party billing software. Pre-check in done by another 3rd party through another app that you will get a reminder every day 1 week in advance to do (there is no reason to do this, there is never a "wait" problem so what are they fixing). Reminders on OVER THE WEEKEND. I've never seen such a botched implementation of the absolutely ridiculous number of outsourced business services this joke of an establishment has. There is a tacky in waiting room TV that streams some corporate swill and cheap business signage advertise their awful 3rd party "features". The doctors here seem to prioritize blowing their cash on facade over practicing medicine. I should have received the diagnosis at my general care practitioner and could have looked up the stretches on my own. 350 dollars is absolutely ridiculous for 3 1 hour sessions, a rubber band and some copied handouts of about 15 different stretches. You are the problem with the medical system, don't confuse it for anything else."
