"I recently called this clinic to schedule an appointment with my excellent doctor. However, I had an unpleasant experience during the call. The woman who answered the phone was very impatient and rude. While I understand that something bad must have happened in her life, but it shouldn’t affect her interactions with customers. She should recognize that the last thing people want to do is call a clinic and hear her voice. People call for help, and if you are not here to help, please step aside. As a person with a higher level of education and EQ, I remained polite on the phone even though I felt uncomfortable. I hope she can learn some in the future."
