"I am revising this a bit. Although I continue to feel strongly about the initial experience referenced below, I called back and spoke to Tammy. Not only was she helpful, she displayed a professional demeanor and turned a negative experience into a positive one; a definition of good service. KUDOS to Tammy for taking ownership and correcting everything her colleague did wrong! I really wish CVS leadership took notice to their reviews and CARE. Since I have moved to Charlotte, EVERY provider (and pharmacy) I have visited are focused on one thing and it is not YOUR CARE, it is MONEY!. The female I spoke with today was rude and unprofessional. CVS is allowed to send text messages to tell people their medication is not available and to WAIT DAYS for it. Besides in Charlotte, WHO DOES THIS?! This company is putting themselves in harms way legally. If someone NEEDS medication, they should NOT be informed to wait days for it. These workers here are only interested in their paychecks. They have nasty attitudes, exudes behaviors of not wanting to work, and whatever troubles they have in their lives are the fault of the patient trying to get medications. The service in Charlotte sucks! It is a good thing I am not an owner of these practices! Many would be out of a job and advised to choose another line of work. Workers should keep in mind, patients do NOT select them in their interview process. If the job is not for you, it's simple.....GET ANOTHER ONE! I really hate it here. Not ONE good review for most of the places I visited in Charlotte."

"This use to be my go to cvs location. It's not the best but now they have SCO and the male employees were good and provided outstanding service. Since Albemarle Rd CVS is gone now this is the next closet CVS and it looks kind of like the one on the Plaza and Plaza Ext."
