"Mom's appointment was at 8:30. They are trying to call her insurance which is on central time. Everyone who walks in are getting called into the back. Her eye doctor referred her last week, so clearly her insurance is legit. They could have seen her, and had her sit back in the waiting room until they could figure out a co-pay. But idk why they didnt just get her insurance information when she made the appointment. They lady said "make sure u bring you past balance and co-pay" when the appointment was made. We have been here an hour. Should have just went to Pinehurst. This place is not new patient friendly. Oh and let not forget to mention how they said her appointment was in April!!! Why would it be in April if her dr. put in a referral and its urgent? Yet anothet person just walked and got called to the back. They said they would call her insurance again at 9. Its after 9 and still nothing. Waiting for an hour and now they are giving her paperwork to fill out! After all of that, they tell my mom her "co-pay" is $100+! Which her copay for specialists is $60! I hope she can get referred somewhere else."
