"The pharmacy is extremely unhelpful. I work in retail and my hours make it difficult to get there. They are lazy and told me a prescription could be delivered yet my insurance won't allow that, which the worker could have seen if she took an extra step. In addition, they are rude when I am just asking if it is possible to set a reminder to fill a controlled substance on the day it is due. I work in customer service and I alway try to be as helpful as possible. Why can't one of them write a reminder to fill. Also they take HOURS to fill a prescription once it is in process. I highly recommend working with a different pharmacy. I hope upper management will speak with the pharmacy staff on how to actually do their job and assist customers."
