"My bad experience is with the pharmacy customer service. The front desk staff dealing with customers are confused, very slow and indifferent. One of the staff serving customers their prescription even admitted having the flu, which felt counterproductive. I wish I had gone somewhere else. The guy giving the jabs was nice and seemed to be the only one trying."

"Pharmacy staff is awful. I gave up after a couple of times waiting 45 min on the phone to get someone to help me with a refill. Go somewhere else!"

"Avoid using this pharmacy! And if you have to call them…don’t. Just drive there it’ll be much quicker to get ahold of them that way. I waited over 30 minutes on the phone for someone in the pharmacy to answer and no one ever did. Never using them again for my prescriptions."

"Most of the pharmacy staff is indifferent at their best and rude at their worst. More often than not, the customer is treated in a quick and condescending tone. I would encourage you to sacrifice convenience for friendly customer service and get your prescriptions filled somewhere else. It’s a shame because the men and women who work the store counter couldn’t be nicer to the customer. The problem is with the pharmacy personnel and management."

"Worst pharmacy experience ever- almost laughable. Went to pick up my prescription and it wasn’t ready, the pharmacy tech had the worst attitude and demeanor of any Walgreens I’ve been to. No eye contact, aggressive communication and zero help or sense of urgency. Needless to say, I abruptly contacted my doctor to change Walgreens locations. Will never be back! Hope there can be some management changes to get rid of some of the staff. I understand everyone has bad days, but based off the reviews here it seems to be an ongoing pattern."
