"We scheduled an appointment through the app and they did not honor it. The employee said that the system label the account as inactive. They did not apologize for the situation or make any effort to provide care to dog on the time establish. They told me to wait about 1 hour or more in order to see the dog. I would not recommend this location. They are not organized, not customer friendly and basically they do not care."

"Where do I begin. The Staff and Veterinarians at this specific location are extraordinary. They showed compassion for Our pet, answered all the questions we had, and covered concerns that we did not even think of. Made sure to make Us aware of Service Packages available to Us to help Us with future visits. I would like to acknowledge Morgan Haney, BVetMed, and Ellie, whom my daughter first delt with , and that I had spoken with over the phone. After the initial visit, it is my fault for not recalling the name of the young lady at the desk who continued to help me get my Service Package entered and up and running. I would highly recommend giving this Team an opportunity to show you just how much they care. I look forward to the continued care that they will be offering our 4-legged family member.
