"I made a follow up ultrasound appointment to check on my ovaries due to possibly having PCOS. They called me the day of telling me I needed to schedule my ultrasound prior to my appointment which was confusing since that was the reason for this appointment as recommended by the doctor which I put in the notes when I scheduled it. I took time off from work for this appointment and I’ve been in pain for a long time. They should’ve been more willing to help since it was ultimately their mistake."

"Wow! Just WOW! I'm so glad I follow a friend's advice and tried out this clinic and Dr. Hobbs! I've had TERRIBLE (borderline illegal) issues at the other clinic I went to during my last pregnancy, so I've been very scared and hesitant to try somewhere new. The office staff, nurses and Dr. Hobbs were all super kind and just amazing! I felt heard, safe and important. I honestly left a little sad that the appointment was over, lol! She communicates well, listens to my concerns and never appears rushed although I know she is busy. Front desk & lab team are also friendly & professional. "My visit went extremely well today. The front office staff were very knowledgeable and quick. Dr. Singer and her assistant were both extremely compassionate towards me. I have a lot of anxiety going to the OB/GYN ever since I was very young. The doctor videos online really helped me pick the doctor I would feel most comfortable with. It was almost like sitting in for an interview with them. Booking online and changing scheduled appointments was easy as well. I will be back and I definitely would recommend Dr. Singer."
