I worked with Sasha at the Denver location and she is wonderful. She worked with me step by step never pushed,but was always encouraging. In my opinion Sasha is very special. "I had rotator cuff surgery in February and was discharged late in June. I knew it would be a long process to get back to where I could do the things that I had done in the past. I had most of my therapy sessions with Andrew and occasionally with Sashal. I cannot say enough about how they helped me achieve that goal. I have had PT before at different clinics and after an initial 15 minutes, I would be passed off by the therapist to an assistant to complete my therapy sessions. Here I interacted with Andrew and Sashal throughout the sessions. I would highly recommend their service to anyone in need of physical therapy and should I need PT down the road, I know where I will go."

"I GRADUATED because of this awesome Benchmark team. I injured my knee while working out at the gym next door. It was severe pain for 3 - 4 weeks which never seemed to get better. I was scared to go to Ortho because I was worried that they would tell me I would need to go under the knife to "clean things up". I decided to step next door to Benchmark. I wanted to seek advice and see if PT could be right for my situation. I was greeted by their super nice front desk friend, Sydnee. She is always genuinely bubbly and super nice. During my drop in Andrew, the head clinician, came to greet me and to ask questions to determine if my knee would benefit. I started treatment a couple of days later. Matt was my therapist and he was working closely with Sashal to make sure my knee was assessed appropriately and treatment would commence. They were quick to identify a few imbalances and muscular issues that were the underlying cause of the joint pain. They worked me through a thorough assessment, a series of exercises which I completed daily in between visits, and hands on manipulation of my knee. 3.5 - 4 weeks later.....I'm walking out with no pain at all. They made me realize the true value that PT could deliver with steady and controlled work. Now I'm back in the gym and ready to get started on training my legs again pain free. The best part of the whole experience (over and beyond the actual therapy) is that they have a really great team chemistry with all the right players on board. Everyone was attentive ALL THE TIME......they made the process fun.....and while they took their roles as therapists seriously....they weren't afraid to have a little fun while doing the work. While I hope I don't need to do PT again.....I would DEFINITELY return if I ever need to."
