"Appt was for 1pm, got here 15min early and they took my daughter in at 1:50pm, looks like they overbooked!!! Very frustrating could of come at 1:40.. thy should be more mindful when scheduling."
"I used to take my son to this office prior to Covid. They were wonderful with him as he has extreme dentist anxiety and was having some tooth pain due to needing some dental work done. Due to this, he had several teeth pulled between the ages of 4 and 6 years old. The first irritation was when Covid hit and they literally put all appointments on hold. He was in pain for almost 3 months before they started appointments back. He needed to be put to sleep for dental work, so they called me and asked if I could come in at a different office for it. I said of course! The next day I got a call stating that no other parent scheduled that day wanted to come in (due to Covid) and the dentist didn’t “feel comfortable” enough to “risk it” for one patient so our dental work was canceled and my son was in pain for another 6 months before he was seen. Due to a move, I recently changed dentist and today was his first appointment. Come to find out, when all those teeth were removed as a young child, this dentist should have given my son a dental spacer. This was not done and was never mentioned to us. Due to that, he now has teeth growing over others and he will more than likely need braces. Our current dentist was VERY irritated with them and also informed us that we are not the first patient he has seen from them that have had problematic dental work done and he isn’t surprised that they have closed two of their three locations now."
"I was referred to this dentist for a pediatric root canal. I called, made the appointment, sent then my referral, and the x-rays. When I arrived, they knew why I was there. After a short stay in a room and a brief visit with the doctor, I was informed that they would not be doing any work today. "I had an appointment" so why?? The assistant tells me "We don't have time. We are not ready to do that today. I mean we can't just trust what another dentist says." I was upset. They said they would get me in for a THREE part workup at their earliest convenience. That doesn't work for me. I work and I came today. DO NOT GO HERE!! -Frustrated momma with kid in pain"
"They were very sweet with my granddaughter who had to have three teeth pulled and five caps. She normally won't let anybody do anything with her but they made it fun. She was kept very safe after she was given the sedative. They were very Timely in what time frame they had told me everything was going to be. I would definitely recommend this place for dental surgery for children."
