"Front desk are very short and not empathetic at all. Everytime you call with a sick child they say oh nothings available go too an urgent care. I would suggest you take your child elsewhere as they no longer care about their patients."

"Appt at 2 and arrived at 1:45 and not called to back until 3:20 and then had to wait an hour and a half for the shot which she had to do twice bc of the way he was laying. She wasn't nice or caring towards him at all!!"

"Not too happy right now. On call doctor didn’t answer their phone on Saturday and their voicemail was a joking robotic voice. I called 3 times, left a message and didn’t get a call back. I was forced to take my daughter to an urgent care who doesn’t take our insurance. When I told them about the visit they contradicted everything the urgent care doctor said. I spoke to nurse Heather on the phone who was rude and rushing me and transferred me back to the front desk. I called and left a message to speak to a supervisor on Monday and now that it’s Wednesday I still haven’t got a call back. They need to do better. Our kids health is at stake."

"During our vacation, my 5 month old daughter became sick with a terrible cough and wheezing. The urgent care and surrounding pediatricians wouldn’t see her because she was either too young or they did not see vacationers. This pediatrics office accepted us with open arms and got us in that day. She tested positive with RSV, and the staff jumped right on board to ensure she was getting the proper treatment to make her comfortable. Amanda NP and Holly were our saving graces during our vacation. Seriously the sweetest, most gentle souls, and provided us with the best reassurance. Our family is forever grateful for these two, truly. If we ever need to visit a pediatrician while we are there again, we are going back to Seashore in Shallotte.
