"They moved locations yet failed to call and confirm my appointment or to even let me know they changed locations. Yet you expect me to show up on time for my appointment, am I supposed to be psychic? The only thing that helps is the medication they put me on. Their therapy isn't worth anything talking to you about my problems I can do with a friend. Teach me how to heal how to cope how to get better and deal. Wouldn't recommend!"

"Don’t reschedule any appts and still show up to them and then miss an appointment because they’ll kick you out of their practice. Even though call you multiple time to reschedule due to whatever issues they have going on. Or move your appointment after you’ve waited two months for it and then have to drive 40 mins the other way because a dr left their practice."

"This place is nothing but a bunch of lairs!! I was referred to them by Coastal Horizons and my primary care doctor! They evaluated me and said I qualified for homecare!! THEN turned right around and told me I wasn't qualified after they said that I was!! THEN When I wanted to do office visits, they told me that they were short staffed. But when I went online almost every mental doctor is associated with them!! NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF LAIRS THAT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE IN BUSINESS!"

"This place is very unprofessional about how they handle visits. There is no notice of when they are coming and if you miss them they will count it as a visit and call it a day. I have been asking since January to be referred to something different as the medical aspect of this team is lacking severely. You see the doctor only every 6-8 weeks no matter if you have an emergency or not. There were times my therapist would only come for 5-10 minutes and leave because of an emergency and I couldn't work on my needs for that week. In January, when I asked to be referred out I waited a couple weeks and then asked about it to my therapist. She had no clue I wanted that. They never discussed it. Today my nurse came unannounced, even though I asked to be notified and was ignored, and since I wasn't home, she spoke to my mom and said I was being manipulative and they were dropping the services. Last week when I wanted to (again) ask to be referred out, the team leader was very annoyed. The switch in their behavior is absolutely atrocious. They speak about politics and their personal life to you as well. The only person who is absolutely amazing is the doctor but he is rarely there. I would stay away from treatment here. I am going to a higher up and talking to them about how badly I was treated. Please stay away."
