"I have purchased my last 3 or 4 pair of glasses, and prescription sunglasses. I also have my annual exams at this location. Everyone is pleasant from check in, to picking out your frames. Iesha is the best!! I went in today, on a Saturday, after stepping on my glasses. Iesha repaired them in less than 10 minutes! VERY SATISFIED PATIENT! Oh. and yes they have name brand!"

"Brought in a pair of $400 glasses to get prescription lens put in and they broke the frame trying to change the lenses. They thought giving me 50% off of a pair of their sunglasses that they markup 300% was a suitable consolation prize. WHAT A JOKE! Thought I'd update my dissatisfaction with My Eye Dr. The glasses they broke had two screws that would allow the optometrist to separate the frame for the new lenses, but they decided to force the lenses out instead. The customer service rep (Simone) SAID she would follow up and GET BACK TO ME, of course i never heard back."

"Drs are great. However the full service treatment stops there. When buying or picking up your glasses, and contacts, go to another branch that actually wants work ..She should not take several breaks getting your paid merchandise to you and converse with other employees."

The front desk is so friendly and made getting an appointment easy. I saw Dr. Beck this year he was amazing! He took his time and explained everything to me about my vision. Dr. Beck made great suggestions for dry eye eye drops. Amy and her trainee made it easy to get my glasses and we had fun doing it. My new glasses were in less than a week. Less than two weeks is awesome! I always buy the very affordable warranty for my glasses. This location makes using the warranty so easy. I am now sporting my fashionable frames and seeing so much better. Very happy customer!"
