Walgreens

"Any other store is better than walgreens. Don't even bother clipping coupons on their mobile app because it never works. The cashiers aren't even trained how to use the mobile app. Instead of trying to fix their problems, they tell you "keep your receipt and call, they'll reimburse you". Well I tried that and all they do is add a "reward" to your account. The point of a coupon is to get $ deducted from your total in the first place. Instead, walgreens will give you the reward to use at your next visit. That's how they get you, instead of having $ off in the first place, you now have to go into walgreens again and spend MORE MONEY to use that "reward". It's all a scam. Then they'll tell you "only the corporate office can handle coupon issues". So I ask for the number to corporate and they didn't know it. Once again another excuse and I'm told to look it up online. If you want to be disappointed every time, visit walgreens."

"This location was ok the first few months I lived here but it's going downhill. I went to pick up a prescription on Friday. The pharmacy was closed due to having no pharmacist. Like...what? Now I find out it's still closed; of course I'm going out of town tomorrow. I hate how COVID messed things up and so many businesses haven't bounced back."

"The Walgreens walk in clinic was really great. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. FYI though they don't do rapid COVID texts"

"I get the same prescriptions every month, which means once a month I have to deal with this pharmacy’s incompetence - either because the medication is “out of stock” or because I can’t order my script more than a day early even if I won’t be picking it up until the day it’s supposed to be refilled. And if my doctor puts a refill order in, they'll put in their system that I’ve already picked it up (even though I receive emails saying it’s too soon to order). I’ve transferred to the other Walgreens in Leland thinking it’d make a difference, but it’s the same there too. If you can’t miss a dose - or several - of your meds, I’d highly recommend looking into a more efficient pharmacy."
