"I went in on a Saturday (1/6/24) afternoon, and EVERYONE was sooo nice!!! And I know they did not want to be there on a Saturday! But the entire team was very welcoming and so helpful!!! Very pleasant experience, even with how bad I felt!"

"I was able to wait in my car after checking in and they called me when ready. I could breathe better outside at my car and did not have to be in waiting room.with other ill people. Assistant Logan and Dr hodgekiss were efficient, friendly, courteous and answered my questions. Thankful for all including receptionist. Treated well. Appreciate I could go on a Sunday and not have to use urgent care or the ER services. Thank you again."

"Showed up at 7:20pm with my daughter for a possible ear infection. Waiting room was empty and was told they wouldn’t take any more patients even though they close at 8pm. All i needed was someone to take 5 minutes look in her ears and prescribe medication if needed."

"Dr. Van Althuis was very attentive, with great bedside manner. Listened to me, and showed concern about my condition and that she was listening to my input. A lot of doctors seem in a rush to dispense whatever they have pre-decided before entering the room, but she was a great exception."

"Urgent Care visit. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and the provider (Nurse Practitioner) was relaxed, interested, concerned and supportive and remained until I was satisfied with info and questions asked. As the facility lacks a CT scanner, she recommended an ER visit at our Wrightsville Ave hosp where I could likely have an easier and faster exam, then called ahead to advise I was enroute. Excellent experience!"
