"I recently went to this facility on the recommendation of a retired nurse. I was able to register on line with an assigned appointment. I arrived on time. They took my insurance, BCBS. I was seen approximately 20 mins after my assigned time. Once in the back I was evaluated testing positive for the flu. The called in a script which I obtained within the hour. The facility was clean. The staff were professional. I recommend this practice."

"The young lady, Tamara, I think is her name at the front desk is so sweet and calm and best of all helpful. Suzanne is wonderful. She made me feel at ease and important. Her caring attitude along with her pleasant personality made a very painful visit bearable. Good people are important and you have them in the proper places Thank you"

"The nurse practitioner reviewed my health record and medications and allergies before she came in to talk to me. She made a good diagnosis and changed my antibiotic. They called me a few days later to check to see how I was doing. I appreciated their care."

"Less than 1 star, they don't take the time or make the afford to call back, or answer our concern/ after visiting there a night before/ as a patient called the next morning to see why the medication gave such a side affect?!!!, should we continue it ? Should the doctor prescribe another medication??!, big concern, and they didn't care, only said someone will call you later tonight, or come back again wait in-line/ for a re visit!, the worst doctors care I've been to! , north myrtle is good! And cherry Grove is good, 21st north sucks honestly!"

"Will never go to this office again. I called to make appointment, and was told they only do walk ins. I go there and wait for about 3 hours to be seen! When I first got there, it showed on the screen I’m number 3! But somehow other people would walk in, and be taken to the back right away. Turns out there’s also online appointments or check ins, which I would have done if I was told. Felt like there was 1 doctor in the whole place. After 3hrs wait, and $150 charge, they told me to go home and apply warm compressions like I have been. No medicine…nothing."
