"UPDATE: I’ve increased the stars based on better recent scheduling experiences. I’m hopeful they’ve changed their policy for the better. This location is very convenient for us and the office and staff is wonderful, but scheduling is a literal nightmare. They have bizarre policies that don't allow you to schedule an appointment even when THEY CANCEL your appointment. You go on some never ending wait list that requires many, many phone calls to get scheduled. They've cancelled appointments for both my kids so far this year. One cancelled the day of the appointment. It's really frustrating to deal with and their own staff even apologizes for the scheduling difficulties."

"hello i have recently been here, and christa is extremely rude. and the lady at the front desk has no respect at all about confirming appointments. let me tell you about my experience with christa. when i first got there she cleaned my teeth extremely roughly, when we were done with the service i saw the paper towel on my chest FILLED with my blood even her mask had a dot of my blood on it aswell. she also said how i do not floss its very aggravating and time consuming to clean my teeth, idk what me not flossing has anything to do with her work, but ok i guess"

"Oh wait, there are others with all the same experiences as I had, as a parent. Excuse me for my grammar as I am really upset, and cannot believe I live to experience the ugly sad of this dental office. I have been , as I finally see it now, trying to get an appointment because how wonderful it seems To be this practice and the doctor from Their websites advertising. This is unbelievable, how bad service can be! When, like others said, if you mention healthy connections, you are turned down, you get CANCELED appointment WITHOUT NOTICE, and then go back to the bottom line of waiting. Obviously the care for kids healthy teeth is not the focus at this practice, but the money in. If you are self pay even, they don't like you, like with the "you don't afford Insurance?!" attitüde or "you have that lowly Insurance", and probably "I don't like that accent, or that name for the fact" and turn down a chance for a child to be screened and build confidence in going to a dentist. Like others said in the few bad reviews, and probably they will be- now more than a few, the front staff or whoever answers the phones, they actually rarely answer the phone, trying a different number helps, calling as a spammer probably helps, but if this is WHaT you as parent have to do to access their latest technology dentist services for kids, well, better forget, this is straight 3rd world countr even in the small country of Serbia or Macedonia or Armenia or some other eastern European or African country If you want to pay a visit to a dentist, there is always next days if not same days appointments, and they already have the latest technology since many years! Myrtle beach maybe or the whole area on the coast of SC is flooded with Shaddy kids' dental offices and practices and services. The child, by human rights in today's society and world of this beautiful great USA should not have to go through such obstacles to be seen by a dentist, waiting a year to be able to make an appointment, being at the mercy of a front desk/phone staff, and the doctor itself to not take a step up in this, well it just means by default laws that doctor is aligned with this practice/service to the kids, waiting for them to have advanced decaying or whatever, so the money is more, and deciding for the child and parent when it's the turn or not to see a dentist. Where is the freedom to health and going to a dentist just because wanting to be extra careful as a person, especially when the economic and society is bombarding kids with all the unhealthy stuff to destroy teeth from a young age, and so much more! Very well frustrated employee or practices at this clinic, is it even a clinic for any public person, or not? if it's private clinic, do not list your services, do not have a website, and write the policies for everyone to be able to read them. Unfortunately is not the only dentist office for kids in the area with this kind of front staff, I noticed in my other visits other places, how people of foreign nationality, or looking less well groomed, are treated with inferiority and it is sadly the reality of the today's Healthcare in this country. The clothes and things you own say what you will get..maybe I just dress poor, maybe I just talk weirdly bu choice to test the system, and yes, it tells how much it matters what you wear, how you talk, whom you know. We'd love to see Dr. Ryan but why she has to have or keep this staff to denigrate the clinic? Words are not enough to describe more, because saying things online nowadays is heavily regulated and restricted."

"We have been going to see Dr. Ryan for over 10yrs. They have been great to work with especially in emergency. Responsive through text after hours and call. Staff has always been friendly."

"I was so grateful to find this place in the stress of my baby’s first week of life dealing with a tongue and lip tie. Dr. Ryan and all the staff made us feel so comfortable and we loved the energy. Wish there was something like this place when I was a kid! Highly recommend."
