"If I could give zero stars I would. I had a policy with this company for a property of mine. The insurance is usually handled by escrow so I didn’t give it much thought when I received the new years bill in the mail. 30 days after the new policy was suppose to be in place, they call me and tell me there has been a lapse in coverage and they my mortgage company never paid the bill. After spending hours on the phone with the mortgage company, I find out they had reached out 3 separate times to Integrated Insurance Solutions asking for correct documentation so they could pay the premium. They never received a call back from anyone or had any of the requested document sent over as requested. On the 30th day of no coverage, the insurance company contacted Integrated with a lapse notice. This is when they first reached out to me letting me know I had not had any coverage for the last month. At this point they denied their failure to communicate and proceeded to requote my policy at a 25% markup for coverage lapse that they caused! Never have I had service like this and I highly recommend you take your business to a company that will take care of you and your interests!"
