Reviews
"The providers are well educated and love their line of work."
"Referred to this office by my primary. Scheduled an appointment in early February, had to cancel due to family emergency and then rescheduled. In the meantime I would receive multiple phone calls and text messages to confirm or cancel the appointments. I would oblige with the text prompts to confirm and then still get additional notices either phone calls or text messages at all hours( morning around 9am, midday around 11:30 and evening after 7pm). I had an appointment this past Wednesday which had to be cancelled due to work requirements ( we had Covid issues that depleted staff that required my coverage). I cancelled two days out via their text notification to confirm. The reply was to call to reschedule. I intended to call at the end of the week when I was not at work. In spite of that I still received calls on Wednesday and Thursday. Then I received a text today that I “missed” my appointment. Then I received a call at 7:15p tonight that I missed my appointment again!! This sure sounds like a desperate office to obtain or keep patients. I’m not happy and I don’t want to do any business with this doctor, period."
