"Don't understand the lousy reviews. Certainly doesn't apply to the Supply location. My first visit was yesterday and everything was great. The staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Brennan was prompt to see me and very helpful and professional. Seems everyone there is happy to be working together, and that makes for a comfortable experience."

"Three wasted visits. Never saw a MD/DO, just NPs. Their patient portal is basically not functional. I think they do all their communications with patients and outside medical support (ordering imaging, calling in prescriptions, etc.) by phone. They have no way to see EPIC records (they had ordered CT scans twice, I had to fax them the radiology report on the first one, and when I brought the CD on my second visit I was told they no way to make a copy of it. My 2nd CT scan indicated I still have a Maxillary sinus infection, deviated septum, and Middle Turbinate Concha Bullosa. Never heard back from CC ENT. I doubt if they even looked at the second radiology report...possibly because they never got it since the Novant Imaging Facility Imaging facility had no way to send it to them. Who knows. They needed me to give them a copy of first one. I'm done with this 20th Century Medical Technology place."

"Dr. Dimuzio put down every single concern I had about my tonsils. I’m now looking for another ear nose and throat doctor for a second opinion. He questioned why I needed to take 1600 mg of ibuprofen a day to keep my swelling down on my tonsils, told me it’s perfectly normal to get strep 2+ times a year, that I don’t wanna get my tonsils out that I’m not 5 anymore (I’m only 23), that I should be greatful my tonsils even look as healthy as they do considering I got mono, and to top things off he prescribed me an antibiotic that kills the bacteria that causes tonsil stones that I can’t even take after telling him AND his staff 4+ times I’m highly allergic to it.. called back this morning just for his nurse to ask me what reaction I have to it and that’s the only antibiotic that will help. Seems like a nice way to end up with a lawsuit, prescribing something to someone who’s highly allergic to it. I’m really glad my pharmacist told me not to fill it, or I’d be in the hospital by now.."

"I hate that I have to put a one star for review. A year later and still no results Went in last September ordered for sleep study. When my results came back from Dosher my doctor was conveniently on vacation to this day I haven’t been read my results just told I needed to take a second test with equipment. I’ve called over 15 times and told it’s been scheduled but hasn’t. so disappointed with the office I wish I would have read the other reviews prior to making appointment. Don’t waste your time with the office."
