"We were very pleased with our visit with our new puppy. We had an appointment for her first visit next week but she was having some issues.i was able to get an appointment the same day that I called. And also they were able to make the visit her well check so we don't have to come back in a week. Dr Terry was very nice and answered all of our questions. The entire staff were friendly and welcoming!"

"Our dog, Jackson, is a patient of record @ Brunswick Forest Veterinary Hospital. Jackson had digestive issues for over 48 hours and we called BFVH to get him seen. The physicians worked Jackson in, took x-rays, bloodwork, prescribed medication - and voila, $735 later was diagnosed with gastritis. Thankfully, we have pet insurance and so we should be reimbursed for half. Anyway, Jackson, the Cavalier, is doing much better - and we are relieved that he is back to his normal self."

"Unfortunately I will be taking Buster elsewhere. It seems it is too difficult to get his Apoquel Tablets. I called for them 10 days in advance and still can't get them. I cannot manage Buster's allergies with not knowing when I can get the pills. Leland Vets seems to have them all the time. Update: I put in a order for Buster's pills almost 10 days ago and was told that it has to be specially order that the Vet no longer has them in the office. Today I get a call letting me know that the pills have arrived but because they ordered them from the manufacturer they have 100 pills instead of 60. This is why I have to take my business elsewhere because 100 pills is $300.00. At no time was it mentioned to me that they were ordering 100 pills and at no time did they call me to say my order was going to be $300.00. Also when I asked if I could just get what I ordered which is 60 pills I was told I could not. All this time that office could have given me better information so that I could be prepared for the bill. Instead today I am told I could pick up the pills and as a courtesy Brianna is letting me know it will cost $300.00. I am not sure what has happen to my favorite Vet place but communication has gone out the window. Maybe they are overwhelmed with the amount of patients who are living here now, but I expect to be treated better. Happy Holidays"
