"Fantastic service from Christine, she really helped me out. I was missing a piece so I went to the shop she didn't have it in stock fortunately however she checked all other cures called Michelle, who I had already been familiar with at the North Tryon location, verified that piece was in stock and they had the color I wanted! I was over, in, and out in less than 15 minutes. A fantastic experience from both locations! The way they work together was seamless and perfect, thank you so much!!"

"I came by today to get my usual juice & coils. While there, I asked if they had any suggestions for a flavored liquid that was similar to one I've used for years but is no longer being produced. After a quick search of the flavors listed in my previous liquid, Darren kindly suggested that I try Rainbow Riot Squad. He wasn't pushy at all & was sure to let me know that I could return it if I didn't like it. I truly appreciate him taking the time to help me even though he was working on something else when I got there.
