"This place was amazing with Mr. Bruce once he left things have fallen downhill. The receptionist lacks compassion and understanding. For months I’ve been waiting for an update on the exact same insurance Ive had for 5+ years and used at this location for atleast a year w no problem. The receptionist just said oh you don’t have insurance a flat out lie, the insurance company even called her and verified i had insurance and that no claims have been filed since Mr. Bruce left. and still nothing. The lack of care when dealing with someone’s health is absolutely ridiculous. Understand that you are playing with peoples lives. I’m just trying to pay you to do your job but that’s too much of a hassle. The old staff would have taken care of me but i guess with Mr. Bruce leaving professionalism left with him. No need to call me she just recommended i find a new provider and I’ll gladly do that.. don’t waste your time unless you have time to waste."
"Marie, the receptionist is the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve yet to encounter. I visited the urgent care yesterday where they did testing. I called today to ask where I could find my results to have the phone call dropped in my ear multiple times, she refused to give me her name, her managers name as well as any information on how I would be able to access the results of my medical tests. She’s incompetent and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here considering she has such a low regard for the way in which the practice she works for is perceived as an establishment."
"My name is Marilyn Nater, I was in the clinic 3/21, I was feeling so sick, and since the moment I enter the door every member was so warm, sweet, respectful, caring, is the best feeling I ever had ever in a clinic in Fayetteville since I got to NC in 1994. My two daughters have serious health issues, therefore, I have been to a lot of clinics. But today I felt that I was just not a number but a person that these staff members care for. They made everything so easy. The place was so beautiful and clean, it has been so long since I have not seen in a clinic children’s books, WOW that blow my mind. It felt cozy , is the most cozy clinic I have ever been too. PA Bruce was truly a blessing, so knowledgeable, caring, wow it was truly amazing, PA Bruce is truly a model of what a Doctor should be in every sence of the word. I will never visit other Urgent Care than this one. The BEST"
"I had the worst experience at this urgent care Marie at the front desk is VERY rude and impatient, she has a bad attitude every time I visited this place and I only been twice. She made me feel very uncomfortable when all I needed to do was pick up my lab results for my pregnancy, she insisted I sign myself in when I didn’t need to because I’ve gotten seen already I tried to explain that to her but she just couldn’t understand that, she also stated “she didn’t know me” when I told her I was Ms. Jones picking up which caused us to get into an argument. Marie doesn’t need to be at the front desk with that type of negative energy. But on the other hand Ms.Neasha the PA of the facility was very nice, sweet and patient with me she got the job done I appreciate that but I won’t be attending this facility anymore."
"Avoid this facility. The level of "care" is laughable. I arrived 20 minutes early to my appointment. An hour after the scheduled time I was told that they hadn't gotten to me yet. And hour and a half after my appointment time, I was finally triaged by an orderly (I hesitate to use the word nurse.) After two hours, she returned and curtly announced "I GUESS I'll take your blood now," as if carrying out the assigned functions of her job was taxing beyond belief. Now, two and a half hours after my appointment time, I'm still waiting alone in an exam room with no doctor, no idea when I'll be seen, and no reassurances from any of the staff that this is an abnormal condition, or that they would care if it was."
