"This place is not what I would recommend to anyone who is pregnant. They have been nothing but judgemental and rude the past few times I have went there. They clearly are not okay with patients doing alternative things or making actual decisions for themselves - it’s like they want you to follow exactly what they tell you , they treat it as an option but definitely treat you different when you don’t opt in to what they want you to do. Recently , I spoke with a nurse named Amanda , I told her how sick the glucose test made me ( I got the fresh test) and I asked if their was any alternatives to the test- she told me the only other alternative was to watch a video on diabetes & learn about it , then to get a script written to poke my finger 4 times a day ( let’s keep in mind I was not even diagnosed with gestational diabetes ) . When I refused that option , she pretty much expressed to me that I either do the 3 hour glucose test ( even though it made me sick the first time) or I get dropped as a patient because they follow rules & regulations of ACOG & that their office does not do alternatives. It is insane to think that this office clearly cares so much about my child & i when they drop me simply because I’ve expressed how sick the glucose test made me & they won’t respect or try to accommodate me . The ACOG clearly states that coercion should not be used ( when it was told I either do the test or be dropped as a patient- it was definitely coercion to get me to come in to do the test regardless of how sick it made me- some type of fear induced way to force me to come in - which was not appreciated ) & that if a patient refuses that their decision should be respected & the doctor should make efforts to make a plan for their patient, this office does not fully follow the rules or regulations of ACOG- maybe they should have their employees and doctors reread and relearn their own rules & regulations. This office did not do this at all and dropped me within seconds. They simply do not care about my child’s health nor mine , it’s sad that it shows they are simply in it for the money & not to actually care for women’s prenatal health. I will be waiting on my denial of prenatal care letter per women’s wellness center as they verbally expressed I would be receiving one. Just Absolutely ridiculous that they would cause stress on a pregnant woman to figure out who she has to go see as her new OBGYN in her THIRD TRIMESTER. Almost 100% sure that stress is not good for any pregnant women as I’m sure any doctor would also agree. So a big thanks to women’s wellness for showing just how much you actually care about your patients."
"I cannot express how amazing of an experience I had at WWC today. The entire staff of nurses, admin, etc were extremely kind and welcoming. Everyone made me feel comfortable. As someone with EXTREME anxiety at any DR appt, I felt so at ease. Dr. Meeks is also one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He was straight forward and honest with me. Took the time to explain EVERYTHING and really made me feel valued as a patient. I will be singing the praises of WWC for years to come!"
"OUTSTANDING!! I usually don't enjoy going to the doctor, but absolutely love this office. Atmosphere, nurses, doctors, all are professional and inviting. If you are looking for a doctor, Ms Dickerson is awesome!"
"This entire office is wonderful and Dr. Cole is amazing. She is the kindest and gentlest GYN and talks you though everything. Also proactive and helped me find out that I have a gene for breast cancer along with other cancers and immediately got me to a specialist and has a plan in place to be proactive. Also when I had a TIA and then another episode of stroke like symptoms (35 years old) before I could call the office, she had her nurse call me and schedule an appointment and stopped my medication due to increased risk before I even could come back in. She really cares for her patients and I recommend her and the entire place to everyone I meet. Wish I could give more stars."
"I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice, they’ve seen me through the end of my first pregnancy, a miscarriage and now through the pregnancy and birth of our rainbow baby. Every experience I’ve had with all the doctors has been amazing, Dr. Lewis and Dr. Cole delivered my babies and did a fantastic job. I’ve never truly been able to say I liked every doctor in a practice but I do here. Dr Jones held my hand and wiped my tears while I was being put under for my D&C. The compassion and empathy everyone there had for me in the worst time of my life was so meaningful. Allison the FNP was always willing to see me if I had any concerns or scares through my pregnancy and I truly couldn’t have stayed sane without the amazing care of this awesome team. They know not only me as a patient but my babies too and that means the world to me that they truly take the time to get to personally know you. Highly recommend them ♥️"
