"THIS ISNT A SCAM. THE STAFF IS GREAT BUT DR. DESAI ISN'T. HE DOESN'T PAY ATTENTION TO MY HEALTH NEEDS THE WAY I NEED HIM TO. MY APPOINTMENTS NEVER LASTED MORE THAN 15 MINUTES. I WOULD NEVER ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO GO THERE. IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP."

"Dr. Nitin Desai is an awful medical doctor. His complete disregard for patient care reflects his competency accurately. Doctors like this do not deserve to practice medicine. I highly recommend you never step foot in his office. He will take your money and prescribe you medicine you don’t need without a proper physical exam. Edit: this is not a spam post, that’s just the response they give to every negative review. Real patient, real pathetic service."

"This office is very run down & has a bad smell. The staff is not professional at all & the Dr. Is no better as he will only see you long enough to say hello & ask if you need refills. This clinic does not care about patient care. All they care about is money. The office manager is very rude to her staff & that’s probably why they all have bad attitudes. Also, good luck keeping your scheduled appointment because they always need to reschedule or want you to come in early. Seems like there is always new providers or staff that never stays long. Moral of the story RUN from this place."

"Dr. Desai and his staff are friendly and efficient. They usually get me in and out quickly. I have been going for over 6 months now. One time they were backed up and I had to wait, but twice they got me in and out early. I rarely have to wait more than a day to get an appointment if I am in a hurry. They do prefer I call the office rather than messaging through the website which is a mild inconvenience. The only thing negative I can say is Dr. Desai wants me to see a different specialist for everything. Even to get some of my prescriptions refilled. For new/undiagnosed issue, I understand, but for ongoing maintenance, I can't afford that many specialists so hopefully nothing is urgent and I can get to a couple a year. My former Dr. in VA (before I moved here) would treat me for whatever my issue was or continue treatment/prescriptions from a specialist."

"1 - Their billing department is super friendly (if you can get them on the phone). But they insist on payment up front or you wont be seen. So you pay the money, because you need medical attention. But when insurance covers the full bill & you're owed a reimbursement... its radio silence. I've called every day for the last 3 days and still can't get anyone to return my call. 2 - Patient Care is non-existent. I went in for an urgent care visit, the Doctor barely spoke to me just sent home with an order for blood work (no rhyme, reason, or explanation for it), a recommendation for an offsite COVID test, and a prescription for antibiotics that they never sent. So I basically paid $200 for a visit that could have been done by a nursing student. This place is a scam!"
