"Sadly I will not be returning. I put in a requested an appointment online because I’ve had complication breathing from allergies when I go outside. This is new. It does eventually go away but it’s very concerning since it is new to me. I returned a call to the office and the woman at the desk told me to make an appointment in 8 weeks!! For breathing issues?! Then she told me I could call them everyday & see if I could get in. She said some people call twice a day. Ma’am my time & health are way more precious to me than to call a doctors office twice a day because the people at the front desk can’t just take down my name and number. So sad for the town of Stedman that this place is their only option for care in town."

"I’m giving them a 1 star because they need to get their information straight. I don’t know who did it at the front desk, whoever did it they need to look at the information clearly and stop rushing when it comes to the information. The front desk are unprofessional and needs to get their business right when it comes to the information. You can get a trouble when it comes to put wrong information on the computer. When me and my boyfriend was there for his appointment. The lady at the front desk, I can tell she has an attitude by looking at her. If someone put their information wrong on the computer when it comes coding. That person get mad. The lady or the man who works at the front desk needs to get it right or get fired."
