"I had kidney stones and an infection. After leaving the ER & told that i need to see a urologist, i was told they could fit me in two months later. I was appauled, i had to find a urologist an hour away. Dont bother with this doctors office. They need another physician to assist"

"I tried numerous times to schedule an appoint with this facility because that's who Humana Health and Tricare recommended for my visit. After 4-5 phones calls, I just stopped trying and got a different referral for a place to see me. It's like Southeastern Regional in Lumberton didn't care if I came or not. First problem was they have the wrong fax number listed and my medical referral never went through. It wasn't my problem, but I attempted to fix it. Next after a few more calls, they (Urology clinic) got my fax, but the name of the DR listed lost his credentials and I had to get another fax sent to the clinic with no DRs names on it. After trying again and again to see if my fax went through, I just went and found a different place. I would recommend the same to anyone else that might have this location listed on their referrals. It wasn't until afterwards that I seen all the negative reviews on here. I would avoid this place! The woman that answered the phone seemed nice enough, but I shouldn't have to do all this administrative leg work to get an appointment scheduled."

"Dr Debeck was absolutely the rudest individual that my mom has come in contact with since being diagnosed with cancer, a few yrs ago. His bedside manor was terrible. After going back to her PCP, it was discovered that she had a terrible infection, which Dr Debeck said she didn't have. My mom was sick,she was in pain and just wanted help. His staff was also very rude. We will definitely be switching Dr's asap"

"Dr. Wright is amazing. Super nice and personable…. BUT, I absolutely will not go back here. The receptionists are so rude and did not even tel me about an apt I had until the day before. I had a surgery apt and THE DAY OF I get a call from my incurrence saying they never submitted the paperwork and they can’t cover it. So I tried to call the office to cancel and no one is answering…. Very very frustrating especially when we liked the doctor so much. Guess I’ll be going up to Raleigh"

"ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT REFER THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! I will definitely let my doctor know how displeased I am for my husband being sent to them. Had to call to get results of my husbands blood work and due to PSA still being high doctor recommended a biopsy which was a month out and then I call a couple days before to get antibiotics and although I have a paper they mailed to me with date and time, I was told my husband called and cancelled the appointment. Forget trying to tell them that he did not, I mean he doesn't even know the number and he leaves all business up to me. Anyways, next appointment, month out, this is serious test but what do they care. I only give one star since I had to in order to post."
