"Hated to leave this kind of review, being I've heard nothing but positive things.. but it is what it is. I gotta share my thoughts. Well for starters, working a swing shift job.. which means my workdays change, hours vary, & amongst other things I have going on I happened to confuse my appointment date with another (Just 1 day difference) me bad/my mistake. Lady was nice, but didn't see my name on the list for an appointment at the door & was actually gonna "Sign me in anyways" she stated which I said was nice of her to do. So being I'm the honest person I am.. once I went back to the reminder texts I had received a week prior, I then realized I was behind a day & told her. She then changed her first option of signing me in to "Well let me go ask her & see what she says", with the ending result of "There's nothing she can do, so we can reschedule if you'd like" ANOTHER month away which I already had waited a month for the first time. I just figured being their parking lot was pretty much empty & only 1 or 2 people in the patient area that they could've squeezed me in being I was a "New Patient", but unfortunately there wasn't anything they could do. They always say have a 2nd option just in case the first one doesn't pan out... exactly why I called 2 different places with 2 different appointments, just in case something like this happened."

"First let me start off by saying this was the best experience I've ever had an dentist. From the front desk staff to Dr. Himself. Everyone was so professional and caring. I came in for a walk in appointment on Thursday wasn't able to be seen due to the Dr. having meetings. So he asked if I could come in for walk in appointment today. And the service was incredible hands down he took very good care of me. I appreciate him and all the staff. I can promise you he is the best dentist I have ever seen. Book your appointment and be seen by the best!!!!!"

"Doctor Ifaz was a real blessing, he has amazing bedside manners and honestly cares about helping his patients. I had to have a lot of work done in a short period of time. Felicia at the front desk helped out so much with scheduling my appointments. Mary was great she explained everything she was doing and put my nerves at ease she is so friendly and comforting. Holly and Sutina made me feel right at home they have such a natural calming affect. I honestly avoided the dentist and was embarrassed and scared to go but I am so glad I did. The whole staff works together so well and when you leave you feel like part of the family. I no longer fear the dentist and will be back for my regular cleanings."
