They expected another shipment this afternoon and would call me when it came in. Since they couldn’t manage to call when they ran out of the vaccine, I believe I will take my business elsewhere."

"I came around 8 PM on 10/6/2023. P.m. ask for a representative to take a passport picture she said one second after that she has assisted 5 to 6 people that came after me. I asked her if she has sent anyone over to help me with a passport picture she said it’s just two of them so she was assisting other customers as they come after me and not even trying to help me the other guy that was cleaning the register said it was just two of them and that their camera was lost. I was there in the line waiting to take a passport picture when there’s no camera available and she kept looking up to see if I’m still waiting there Even though I called today and asked if they do passport pictures and she said yes they do have it until 11 PM. The worst customer service there was not even excuses."
