"I prefer this store over some others. I am AWAYS greeted when I walk in the door, which is nice. Layout makes it easy to find things. The store went through an overhaul in the past 2 years, and it is much better now and offers great home decor for reasonable prices."
"I love this store don't get me wrong, but I absolutely felt totally rushed and whoever that manager was was hollering down the aisles about it being 20 minutes or 15 minutes till closing. He was very nice and I know that closing time comes yes oh, I was making my way to the front but so are a lot of other people. Since I had a lot of clearance items and sale items, I was last to check out but I was totally rushed and some of my stuff was just thrown in the cart and then I did appreciate the help of the gentleman walking me out with my stuff, however he just threw my stuff in the back of my car and it was items that obviously needed to be handled with care. Four of my items were completely ruined. And it was so unprofessional. I did take pictures and you wanted my honest opinion oh, here it is. It does not matter if it's closing time or not, never ever make a customer feel like they are a burden. It was only 10 minutes that the doors had been locked and I was literally being pushed out the door and my items were wrecked and ruined. If they don't like working there or if you guys shut the registers down too early for customers to check out then you don't need to be in business. I had gifts. Now I'm going to have to take back or really throw away. Spending $110 oh, I think shows that obviously I like the items."
