"This is hands down the worst place Ive ever been! Not only did we wait 2.5 hrs but we were not given proper care! I took my son in after 5 family member tested positive for influenza B and we were all already sick, and my son was sent home by the school nurse because he had fever and was ill. My son was ill and she did not even do the basics as far as listening to his breathing or doing a throat swab. Took to pediatrician and not only did he need breathing treatments but he had an ear infection that was also not looked at. Very dissatisfied with this places care."

"went to urgent care for the first time- "would Highly recommend" waiting time better than sitting in dr office or hospital for hrs- I was seen quickly ! staff & nurses were great & very compassionate. I was treated as a person and Not another number .... Dr was awesome, Dr took her time to listen and go over test results, I was not rushed ! Very Impressed with Dr and her knowledge to understand her patients needs and concerns! wish there were more providers around like her who would actually take the time to care! I was treated and cared for very well! no complaints here! def would recommend!"

"I wasn't having a life or death medical issue, but I was in intense pain and concerned enough to have it treated immediately. .I would have rather suffered and waited for a doctor's appointment than go to the Emergency Room, because it would have taken several hours of waiting, in a packed waiting room with people who are sick and I with a low immunity disorder, that's not for me. So my daughter in law told me to go to urgent care for my problem. I have never been to an urgent care. I was so glad I did! The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My problem was identified immediately by the Nurse Practioner on duty. Everything was explaind to me, I had a minor procedure done, by the nurse practioner, who by the way, was amazing! I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I would recommend everyone go to the Low Country Urgent Care or the Urgent care near them, unless you are having a serious medical issue, then the ER is where you need to be! Thank you Low Country Urgent Care, for the amazing care!"
