"The pharmacy is understaffed for the amount of customers it now has. You closed a GREAT store when you closed the store on Waxhaw-Indian Trail Road. If you had not taken Tammy, Samantha and the other employees from that store, I would have to switch pharmacies. They are the glue keeping your Wesley Chapel Stouts Rd. store going."

"This CVS has always been very slow preparing the prescriptions and in the drive-thru. The girl that worked there Sat. 10/14/23 in the drive-thru at 11:00am was very rude. After waiting in the line and I drove up to the window, she didn’t say hello. She rolled her eyes like I was a bother to her. I expected someone to say hello and maybe, sorry you had to wait. Nothing, I told her my name. She was very slow and there was a line behind me. She didn’t care. I may eventually move my family’s prescriptions."

"Prescriptions status text is unreliable and a number of them get sent that dont help at times need to drive to other locations around the city to get prescription that is in store at another place. At times described by associate that they placed an order and almost 4weeks after am told failure in shipment orders coming in.... and told another date again which I can am pressed to search reach out to other locations if they have one to get it in due time. Also when i call are directed to phone system and phone system tells you it is ready that same day and tells you the time...often misguiding you with false assurance only to call or come by to speak with a representative associate which says otherwise and this is more time spent... Lines tend to be long and more long recently in store and by drivethrough. Otherwise thankful for the workers effort and this is of the closest pharmacies within location range."

"This place has consistently gotten worse over time post-COVID. They either don’t have the product or take obnoxiously long to fill the prescriptions. IF your slammed get more staff.. stop being cheap. Today’s trip was the final push to leave a review. Picking up amoxicillin for an infant, it had been 2ish hours since the appointment, and when I get there, it still isn’t ready. The lady said “should be ready in about 25 minutes”, which it is what it is, so took a seat. Fast forward 35 minutes and they called me to the counter just to look confused when they look at my order and say “um you’re here for amoxicillin?”, then the lady walks to the back to talk to others and come back and say “we don’t actually have that here”… at this point took a lot to not get verbal with them. They then proceed to transfer the script to Publix. Advice, go somewhere else. Unless they get their act together in the near future I wouldn’t come here."
