"If I could give zero stars I would! This store is the worst one I’ve ever been to! It just took me an hour and a half holding on the phone to get the pharmacy to answer so I could refill a prescription. I usually do it through the app but I didn’t have that option with this medication. I called the store manager twice and asked if she could please ask them to answer the phone! This isn’t the first time this has happened! It’s EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to call! Not to mention standing in line and waiting while everyone in the pharmacy ignores you! Last time I went in the store I was second in line and stood there 20 minutes! The drive through is just as bad! I’ve waited 35 minutes and was fourth in line! CVS needs to better staff their stores! I’m transferring as many of my prescriptions to an online pharmacy and I won’t look back!"

"I deal mostly with pharmacy! They are nice folks and hard working. But they never answer there phone. Always on hold 1hr or more. And don't always have meds in stock. I'm sure it's dt staffing. I wish administration would help them more!"
