"I have always loved this place. My recent interaction with them was not the case. I transferred all of my medications except for 1 (a controlled substance) and they want fill just that one. I transferred to Amazon RX Plus because it cost 5 dollars a month for all of my prescriptions. It is not a law they said it is just a policy they have in place. I didn't transfer it because it was actually a few dollars cheaper there. I have no insurance so cheaper is better for me. So beware if you are transferring scripts from them. They are not very nice. I also want to add that I recently had to get 2 prescriptions urgently so my doctor sent them here one prescription I was charged 4 times the amount I could have gotten it from Walgreens for the other I'm not sure about. The 2 prescriptions were 102.00 dollars. They will get NO more of my money. They have did me dirty since I switched to Amazon Pharmacy."

"As a past employee they have definitely stepped up their game some but prices have skyrocketed so I go elsewhere unless needed"

"If I could give a worse review I would. The staff have not been trained on PRIVACY. I believe that the HIPPA laws are in place to protect us and our information. It is the pharmacies RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that there staff are trained on the basics of decency and basic privacy. Truly immature staff. The hiring procedures and training needs to be addressed immediately. I will be changing pharmacies. PRIVACY IS NOT A GAME!!!!!"

"Monroe family pharmacy does their best to help you in any way. They are very professional and fast. The customers are treated well and politely. The store is small but has some very good deals throughout the store. I have bought food containers, gift wrap, school supplies, and snacks for very cheap prices. I love Dorian, he's awesome. I will do all my family's pharmaceutical business there as long as they are in business. I would highly recommend them to anyone!"
