"I went in this afternoon to spend 75 dollars and get my vip bag and even as the girl at the register if I could get my vip bag if I spent 75 dollars. The sale rep explained the whole vip card to me at the register. I spent at least 1 hour in the store and after I checked out was told the vip bags were not in yet and here was a 5 dollar coupon and she would call me when they can in. I told her I was from out of town and could not come back. So disappointed with hallmark and not sure I will ever go back."
