"Went into this establishment tonight and got threatened by the manager because they messed up my food. The manager tells me “How about I push them glasses back up on your head” The staff at night is so unfriendly and all they care about is being on their phones, making their own ice creams, food and cursing at each other in front of customers."

"Given the wrong chicken sandwich. I ordered a classic and they put hot sauce on it our big mac was done wrong also no ice in machine and no ice tea available. The crew is in slow motion. Manager is responsible for the product being put out. There's a lack of caring about what's being served. This is the managers responsibility. They should be fired and replaced with someone who will make this place up to McDonalds standards"

"The heavy set woman, long hair extensions, who was taking orders at store 33155 at 8:19am, Friday 1/12/2024, was rude, she sounded angry, and my order was incorrect because she would not answer my question about an option. If she is a supervisor, she needs training on how to have positive customer interactions. If she dislikes her job as much as she dislikes customers perhaps a different career is in order. She was a "morning meany"!"

"Every time I come here, there is someone running the drive thru with an attitude. Of course there are a few gems in this place, but literally every time I am there, I am working with at least one person that clearly doesn’t want to be there. I suspect they also cause a negative work environment for the few that do try to bring their A-game."
