"It can't get worse than this place..Useless employees.."Doctor is never around"..Stay away from this place..It couldn't get any worse"
"My first visit. Everyone in the office was very polite and professional. Dr. Anderson was kind and considerate. Top notch experience"
"In response to Ruth Kellum, Here is the rest of the story. The day before his appointment, we requested you give us his new Medicare number and update his information by phone, so we could verify benefits before you arrive. You were unable to provide it. You cancelled his appointment and rescheduled. The day of the appointment you were unable to provide any insurance information. He told us he left his wallet and cards at home. The previous insurance we had on file was invalid, as Medicare has updated their patient ID numbers. Therefore, we had no way of filing his visit to any insurance plan and you refused to pay the day of the visit. You became angry and left before we could work out a solution. We did not ask for his driver's license, at any point. We did our best to accommodate his schedule and work him in. There is only so much we can do if the patient does not supply the proper information."
"My husband is a diabetic with end stage renal failure. He was having sudden onset of color blindness and dim vision. They did an awesome job with working him in asap which is more complicated because he has dialysis 3days a week. However the day of his visit (he was already a patient there) he had lost his wallet & they needed his driver's license. They refused to see him just because he didn't have his driver's license!? He refused to ever go back. Not to mention we drive from Robbinsville."
"Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had since I moved to the area 6 yrs ago, and certainly the best with eye folks! I received a thorough exam, and it was the friendliest crowd ever! I came from the city and I received as good an exam as I could have received there , and had the friendliness, patience overall fun visit , just what is wanted in a smaller town! It was a win win! I will be a patient for life!"
