"My 3 children have been seen here for about 3 years now. I have zero complaints on the nurses or Dr's. They have always been great to my children and listened to my concerns. My only complaint is through the receptionists desk and up until recently, I had zero complaints for them. I have worked in the medical field for 11 years in various settings. I understand it gets hectic. However, your number one job is to answer the phone. Seems no matter what time I call, I'm directed to voicemail. Major inconvenience when you're attempting to make a sick child appointment."

"My son is sick. At 8am sharp, I called Hometown as this is his pediatrician and they refused to see him, due to having no available appointments. I wasn't expecting that. What's the point of having a doctor if they can't even see your child when he is sick?"

"This place has been great other than getting my children in to be seen after picking them up from school because they were sick. Some parents aren’t lucky enough to be able to drop everything and call out of work the next day because they refuse to see my children because I didn’t call first thing that morning. They then referred me to the new children’s hospital walk in clinic and that place was a joke. The least they could have done if they weren’t going to see my children was to refer them somewhere I won’t have to bring them back in 2 weeks for the same issue."

"The Doctors are very good here but the staff and receptionist are absolutely terrible along with the idiotic rules you have to follow. Like you can not make an appoint for a sick child except on the same day. You cant make an appointment in advance which make zero sense. They are rude and God help you if you need there help finding a bill or making a payment."

"They refused to see my sick 3 year old because he would not wear a mask. Now anyone with common sense would know the mask is coming off anyway so they can actual check him out yet he couldn't wait to see a doctor unless he would wear one, not even outside. These people do not care about children as proven by their actions. Stay far away from this place if you love your children. We will be finding a new doctor because places that act like this do not deserve to be in business."
