"The staff and my Dr. are kind and great at what they do. However, when it's time for a follow up, the schedule is two months out and I wait in the waiting room for a long time. In fact today when my name was called, I was about to reschedule and leave. I understand that doctors and staff are extremely busy and I'm not the only person they need to take care of but I also have obligations and my time is just as precious. Please understand that I'm only leaving this review to express a concern and to hope for improvement, not to put this practice down."

"How can you love a trip to the doctor? You start out with a medical problem, then get poked and prodded with devices stuck up your nose, and tongue depressors stuck down your throat. But, when the doctor comes up with a workable solution, it's worth it. So it was here. Doctor is caring, concerned and knowledgeable and professionally addressed my issue. The support staff is friendly and caring. And it seems he solved my medical issue. Great. I recommend Mountain Ear Nose and Throat."
