"Have had a couple of very bad experiences with Jackson county EMS falsifying information and made a false report which nothing was done about and probably won't be and another EMT employed through Jackson county falsified another report against my autistic roommate and broke protocol several different times on that visit as well. I will never ever call them for help for myself or anyone I know ever again if I'm able. I will walk, crawl, drive or drag myself to the hospital. However all that being said Kendall and one other female EMT were professional and friendly. They were ok it was the other ones that made the false reports and acted outside the code of conduct and do so on a regular basis and brag about it."
