"They never answer the phone I've been calling for over 2 hours today in over an hour yesterday just trying to get somebody on the phone. After having to go to the office I finally got an appointment set. They only address issues that I'm not even there for. Previous issues and didn't even address the matter at hand. Also did not even touch me. All she did was sat in her little rolly chair and talk for 5 minutes and then forced me to give blood and then left me to go on about my day feeling worse than I did when I came in. I have been going to this doctor's office since I was literally 5 years old and I've never had an issue. It has been the best doctor's office but they have hired new people there is totally new people in there nobody old is in there and they are all about stupid Update: I got my lab results back from when they took my blood and they told me that my thyroid was 100% okay. There was absolutely nothing wrong with me. I went and got a second opinion, my thyroid was elevated all the way to a 9.8. I had to immediately go on medicine. So they charged me to run labs and then did not run the labs and just told me everything was okay. If I wouldn't have gotten a second opinion it probably would have landed me up in the hospital. Absolutely worst doctor office everrrrrrr. They dont even do their jobs!!!"

"I seen Leslie on February 7th, and I had the worst experience. The office staff was friendly and the lady in the lab, but the cna wasn't to friendly along with Mrs. Leslie. I feel like she was in a hurry and didn't want to take the time to hear me out and address my concerns. I have never seen a doctor's appointment only take a short period of time, especially when I was trying to establish her as a primary care provider."

"I don't normally write Google reviews, but I am beyond mad! I was told by my son's pediatrician, who didn't have any appointments available to come here. I even called and spoke to Jennifer at the front desk. She told me to bring him in. After filling out paperwork and sitting to wait, I was told the doctor would not see him because he was a patient of another facility. I wouldn't have brought him had I been told this over the phone. I will not be returning and will tell everyone about this."

"First thing that was spoken to me once I was finally called, "I was beginning to wonder where my patient was. I thought you might not have shown up." -Dr. Leslie. I informed her that i was in the waiting room, just needed one of your nurses to call me back. Waiting for them to call you back is a nightmare. After a week I had to recall them. Also, I'm waiting for my refund for overpaying & it's been four weeks! Going to insurance tomorrow to see what can be done."

"I love the FNP, the nursing staff, and support staff at All Care. My son is an autistic adult and he is treated with such care and compassion by everyone that sees him on his visits. From our very first visit, his needs have been considered completely. I recommend this clinic to anyone in the area needing a primary clinic or a walk-in for sudden sickness. We have never been disappointed with the treatment received here. Highly recommended! If I could give ten stars I would!"
