"Food was fine. Cold, impersonal atmosphere. Kiosk orders only. Employees ignore you. Older gentleman tried to speak to an employee twice and they ignored him both times. Wouldn't even look at him. How rude can you possibly be?"

"Usually never have a problem with this Taco Bell. Food is always good. Usually service is decent. However tonight. Just didn’t make sense to me. If your fryer is broken and you cannot serve any fried food whatsoever. One that’s the first thing that should be mentioned before I order and/or some kind of notation on the take out screen that the entire fryer is “broken” which I find really hard to believe that. And what is there only one fryer in the building or did all the fryers just magically break. I just felt like they did not want to do their job and if that’s the case get new employees. If all the fryers are really broken then you guys need to get a better system going to get stuff fixed."

"I quickly placed my order through the mobile app, used the mobile drive-thru, was greeted by a pleasant drive-thru worker and overheard he and another worker discussing what a great night they were going to have at work. When I got home with my food I was so pleasantly surprised that my vegetarian burritos had been indicated with a marker on the outside of the wrapper so that I didn’t have to cut in to each burrito to figure out which was mine. The food was great and this overall Taco Bell experience was fantastic!"
