"Worst delivery experience ever! Ordered on the app a very small order that took 3 delivery drivers, 5 phone calls to the store. And they were so rude. Hung up on me when I tried to ask for a refund instead of waiting another 2 hours for a bowl of pasta and 8 wings. Then after finally speaking with a manager and asking for a refund and a confirmation of said refund. She hung up on me and sent someone to my house (after saying they couldn’t find it) and nearly knocked my door down with how hard they knocked and left it at my Door. Don’t order from this place. They’re so unprofessional and don’t care about their customers."

"I was quite disappointed in today’s order. As being a former dominos employee I know certain pizza standards as well as things employees do to bust out food fast. I will say this was not dominos best night! I can tell dry skins were used for two of pizzas and the other pizza the dough was blown as I had a huge bubble. Very disappointing tonight!"

Fortunately, I noticed the discrepancy before finalizing the payment, and they subsequently corrected the amount to the accurate total."

"Thin Crispy crust? There was nothing crispy about my pizza. I ordered a 10 inch, thin crispy crust pepperoni and it was awful. We also got a regular crust, 10 inch ham and it wasn't any better. Both of them were cold when I got them home. I dont live but 3 miles from the store. I know now why I haven't ordered from there in years. It will probably be years before I order from there again, if I ever order there again! Nasty!!!"

"Look, Domino's doesn't provide a product or service that is earth shattering or unique. What they do provide - which is the reason for the 5 stars - is their service and consistency. We've been ordering from this Domino's for a long time, even before they moved to this location, and never has the quality of service gone down or been sacrificed. Sometimes there's a wait and that's to be expected on weekends, holidays or big game days so I don't judge on that. And when theth is a wait, the staff is apologetic and sympathetic for making the customer wait. Regarding the pizza - this is the same as the staff...consistently good. Made exactly as ordered and hot. The dining area is also very clean and organized which is inviting and assuring to customers. Always happy with this Domino's. Seriously, look at what you get with every order. Near perfection."
