Marco's Pizza

"We got a XL Pizza, 2 pizza bowls, and wings. Everything was outstanding! And super fast! Placed the order online in the parking lot and was ready in 10 mins. Brought it right out curb side. As we were leaving my phone rang. It was Marco’s. They had given us a pizza bowl that wasn’t ours, had us come back and gave us the one we ordered. And had us keep the other one as well. Will definitely be back! Thanks for good food and awesome service!"

"Ordered an extra large with extra cheese, sausage and onion. Very fast and friendly but where was the meat? We were lucky if each slice had a piece of sausage on it. The pizza tasted amazing, we were just sad that it lacked meat."

"I have had Marcos many times and love their pizza, but after tonight I will not be back. I placed an order for pick up on the app an hour and half in advance. Got there it wasn't ready. Waited another hour on it. Given it was a decent size order, but the breaking point for me was listening to the gentlemen worker complaining about the customers and the orders including mine. Then I get it home and they had messed up the whole order, and the pizzas where just mediocre at best. I can understand being busy, but discussing customers in front of other customers is just wrong. I will take my business down the street to Gepettos."

"Placed an order for pickup tonight since delivery estimated a 40 minute wait time. Arrived at 8:15 and got email confirmation that our order was ready. When I got there, I was told it would be ready soon. Then I keep hearing how a bunch of pizzas/food hasn’t been made. So I wait 15-20 minutes to ask about my order since they seem a little crazy and turns out our food was actually never made, despite being “pickup ready”. Finally at 8:55 I ask again on the status of my food because no one has mentioned anything to me. I get food at 9 and get an award certificate after waiting 45 minutes for a free small cheese pizza and free cinnasquare- which is nice but not enticing to come back. If I hadn’t asked how much longer for my pizza, I don’t think anyone would have realized how long I had been waiting. We love Marco’s pizza and cheese bread but this makes me not want to come back. Hopefully this “glitch” gets figured out. We’ve had longer than preferred wait times here before but tonight was not it."
