"My first impression of this location was pleasant. Dr. Aiken was very friendly and helpful. However, getting my second appointment scheduled was a bit of a nightmare. I was told I would be contacted for follow up, but I waited 5 days without receiving any update, and so I decided to call back. I left a voicemail stating "My name is ___. I was in your office on ____. I was supposed to receive a callback for a referral and haven't yet." I received a callback from Sherry who was initially quite aggressive towards me because she somehow thought I had left a voicemail demanding pain management. I had not left a voicemail about pain management, nor had I ever indicated I experienced pain to my doctor. I believe my exact words were "I've been waiting for a referral callback from a specialist." She continued to go on about how I don't need pain management without even giving me an opportunity to speak. I finally interrupted, explaining that she may have misunderstood me, or has me confused for someone else, but she argued with me further saying 'WELL! That's the voicemail YOU left!' She did change her attitude by the end of the call and told me to have a nice weekend which is great, but maybe don't treat your patients like lunatics."

"Everything was done relatively quick with not a huge amount of waiting time which was awesome as a walk-in. Everything was explained really well and the information was given in a way that made sense and showed that they cared. Everyone is really friendly and cares a lot."

"Went to the walk-in clinic and the amount of time between signing in and leaving was exceptional. This was my first visit and the staff were all warm and welcoming. I feel the time spent for my injury was adequate and the care taken was exceptional. Direction was clear and treatment was reviewed carefully. Definitely would advise using the clinic in emergency situations. They do have on site X-ray."
