"I have been trying for 2 mos to get a bill corrected. I was billed a copay but copay is $0 due to being my PCP. It's only $30 and I could easily pay it but it is an error they have admitted to coding incorrectly. I have called every week for 2 mos and last week got a letter that it was with a collector. Sarah, the receptionist is worthless. She has told me more than 3 times she would call by end of business day and never does. The billing person is ALWAYS in a meeting. Such a simple fix but because incompetent people work at this facility I will pay the bill and transfer my records to Burke Primary. Ridiculous."

"Not sure who some of the reviews are talking about as I have had nothing but positive experiences to say about the office staff and physician here since I first started going in January of this year. Rarely have I had to wait to be seen past my appointment time (how often does that happen at medical offices?), the office staff have been nothing short of courteous and friendly, the attending physician has been wonderful in listening to my issues and sincerely helping me to improve my conditions. Will continue being a patient here and feel good about going."
