"The most frustrating shopping experience. They are never open when they’re supposed to be and the staff are about as friendly as Jeffrey Dahmer. Just tried to go in today and the doors are locked and no one is there again for the 900th time! So many customers turned away because the business is literally not open on a Saturday at an outlet mall!!!!!"

"Stopped in to lids on a whim with the family with a big idea for a hat. Standing talk and proud with a smile from ear to ear holding the door open for my wife pushing the stroller and myself I met Matt . Wow he was so helpful , told me how easy the process is and I decided to go all in …. The machine however was not team all in and was having a bad day . Matt went above and beyond set me up with Aaron at Carolina place mall with a discount for the trouble. I went ahead and bought the a couple other hats (I wanted them and I felt like I was right at home with Matt’s Truly exceptional customer service ). I will be back very soon for more !!!
